1. Overview
At RawOlogy Pet Food, we are committed to delivering the freshest raw pet food to our customers while maintaining the highest standards of food safety and quality. Because our products are perishable and require careful temperature control, we do not offer standard national or general parcel shipping.
Instead, we offer two convenient fulfillment options designed to keep our products fresh and our service personal: in-store pickup and local delivery.
2. No General Shipping
RawOlogy Pet Food does not ship orders through national carriers such as UPS, FedEx, USPS, or similar parcel services. We do not currently offer shipping outside of our local service area.
This decision reflects our commitment to product freshness, food safety, and the integrity of our raw pet food recipes. Perishable raw food products require careful handling that cannot be reliably guaranteed through standard parcel shipping channels.
If you are located outside our local delivery area, we encourage you to visit us in store or contact us to inquire about future availability.
3. In-Store Pickup
Customers are welcome to place orders online and pick up their orders directly from our store. In-store pickup is available during regular business hours.
3.1 How to Place a Pickup Order

You will receive a confirmation notification when your order is ready for pickup

3.2 Pickup Readiness
We will prepare your order and notify you when it is ready. Orders are typically prepared within the timeframe communicated at the time of purchase. Please do not arrive to collect your order until you have received a ready notification to ensure your products are freshly prepared.
3.3 Order Hold Policy
Once your order is ready for pickup, we will hold it under appropriate refrigeration for up to 5 business days. If your order is not collected within this window, we reserve the right to restock or dispose of the order to maintain food safety standards. Please contact us as soon as possible if you are unable to collect your order within the designated timeframe.

4. Local Delivery
RawOlogy Pet Food offers local delivery through trusted third-party delivery platforms and local courier services, including but not limited to Uber Eats, DoorDash, and similar on-demand delivery providers (collectively, "Delivery Partners").
4.1 Delivery Area
Local delivery is available within our designated delivery zone. Delivery availability, zones, and fees are determined by our Delivery Partners and may vary. Customers will be able to confirm delivery eligibility at the time of order placement on the applicable delivery platform.

4.4 Delivery Fees
Delivery fees, service charges, and any applicable tips are set and collected by our Delivery Partners and are separate from the product prices listed on our menu. RawOlogy Pet Food does not control or receive delivery fees charged by third-party platforms.

Contactless delivery options may be available through our Delivery Partners. Please refer to the specific platform's settings and instructions to enable contactless drop-off.
5. Food Safety and Handling
Because our products are raw and perishable, proper handling upon receipt is essential. We ask all customers to follow these food safety guidelines:

7. Third-Party Delivery Platform Disclaimer
When you place an order through a third-party delivery platform such as Uber Eats or DoorDash, your transaction is subject to that platform's own terms of service, privacy policy, and fulfillment practices. RawOlogy Pet Food is not responsible for delays, errors, or issues caused by third-party Delivery Partners once an order has been handed off for delivery.
