Refund and Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: April 5, 2026
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not issue refunds except in the limited circumstances expressly described in this policy.
1. Overview
RawOlogy Pet Food ("RawOlogy," "we," "us," or "our") sells perishable raw pet food products through a subscription-based service. Due to the nature of our products and the care taken in their preparation and fulfillment, all sales are considered final at the time of processing.
This Refund and Cancellation Policy is incorporated by reference into our Terms and Conditions and applies to all customers, subscribers, and visitors who purchase products or services through our website at RawOlogypets.com.
By placing an order or subscribing to our services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this policy.
2. General No-Refund Policy
RawOlogy does not offer refunds on:

Subscription fees that have been charged and processed

Orders that have been prepared and made available for pickup

Orders that have been dispatched for local delivery

Products that have been collected in store or received via delivery

Partial subscription cycles or unused portions of a billing period following a cancellation

Orders where a discount, promotional credit, or special offer was applied
We strongly encourage all customers to review their subscription details, order contents, and scheduled billing dates before each order cycle processes.
3. When a Refund or Replacement May Be Issued
We will consider a refund, replacement, or store credit only in the following limited circumstances:
3.1 Defective or Spoiled Product
If a product is spoiled, contaminated, or otherwise defective at the time of pickup or delivery — through no fault of improper customer handling you must notify us within 24 hours of receipt through our Contact Page at https://www.RawOlogypets.com/contact. Claims received after this window will not be eligible for review.
Upon review, RawOlogy may, at its sole discretion, offer one of the following remedies:

Replacement of the affected product(s) on your next scheduled order

Store credit applied to your account for future use

Partial or full refund of the affected item(s) only
3.2 Incorrect Order Fulfillment
If your order contains items that materially differ from what you ordered (wrong product, wrong quantity, or missing items), please contact us within 24 hours of pickup or delivery. We will verify the discrepancy against your order record and, if confirmed, issue a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
3.3 RawOlogy-Initiated Cancellation
If RawOlogy cancels a confirmed order for reasons within our control such as a product being unavailable or a fulfillment error on our part you will receive a full refund for that order. This refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
3.4 Refunds Required by Law
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights you may have under applicable Florida or federal consumer protection law. Where a refund is required by law, we will honor that obligation.
4. How to Request a Refund
To submit a refund or replacement request, please follow these steps:

Provide your full name, order number, and a description of the issue

Where possible, include photographs of the defective, spoiled, or incorrect product

Retain the product in its original condition until we advise you on next steps
We aim to respond to all refund requests within 3 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution. We do not issue refunds via cash, check, or alternative payment methods unless the original transaction was made by such method.
5. Subscription Cancellation Policy
5.1 Your Right to Cancel
You may cancel your subscription at any time. We do not charge cancellation fees. However, to avoid being charged for your next upcoming order cycle, your cancellation request must be received and confirmed by RawOlogy no later than seven (7) business days prior to your scheduled payment date.
Cancellation Deadline: 7 business days before your next scheduled payment date. Cancellations received after this deadline will take effect for the following billing cycle.
5.2 How to Cancel
To cancel your subscription, contact us directly through our Contact Page at https://www.RawOlogypets.com/contact. Please include your full name, account email address, and a clear statement that you wish to cancel your subscription. We will confirm receipt of your cancellation request in writing.
We recommend submitting cancellation requests well in advance of the 7-business-day deadline to allow adequate processing time. Cancellation requests submitted on weekends, public holidays, or outside of business hours will be treated as received on the next business day.
5.3 Cancellations Received After the Deadline
If a cancellation request is received fewer than 7 business days before your scheduled payment date, the upcoming charge will be processed as scheduled and your subscription will be cancelled effective for the following billing cycle. No refund will be issued for that final processed charge, as the order will have been prepared or committed to fulfillment.
5.4 Confirmation of Cancellation
You will receive a written confirmation once your cancellation has been processed. If you do not receive confirmation within 2 business days of submitting your request, please follow up with us to ensure your cancellation was received. RawOlogy is not responsible for cancellation requests that are not received or confirmed due to technical issues, incorrect contact information, or user error.
5.5 Reactivation
A cancelled subscription may be reactivated at any time by signing back into your account and selecting a new subscription plan, subject to then-current pricing and availability. Previously applied promotional rates or discounts are not guaranteed upon reactivation.
6. Promotions, Discounts, and Credits
Orders placed using a promotional discount, referral credit, or introductory offer are subject to this same no-refund policy. Promotional pricing does not entitle you to a refund if a non-discounted order was also placed or charged. Store credits issued as part of a refund exception are non-transferable, have no cash value, and expire as communicated at the time of issuance.
7. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
We encourage customers to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with their bank or card issuer. Many issues can be resolved quickly and to your satisfaction through our standard customer service process.
If you initiate a chargeback for a charge that is valid under this policy, RawOlogy reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account, cancel any active subscription, and pursue recovery of the disputed amount together with any associated fees through lawful means.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Refund and Cancellation Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in the State of Florida, consistent with the governing law provisions of our Terms and Conditions.
9. Changes to This Policy
RawOlogy Pet Food reserves the right to update or modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the effective date above and, where appropriate, by notifying active subscribers directly. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
